It serves as the “core” component of Chenghua District’s “One Core, Three Parks” key project. The base has a total planned area of 156 mu; Phase I covers 104 mu, with 106,000 square meters of factory space now in operation, while Phase II spans 52 mu and is currently under construction. Huahao Fangzhou primarily undertakes production and processing operations for Huawei and its partners in the western region. In September 2022, Huawei’s Western Fulfillment Center was established at the Western Industrial Base, serving as a distribution hub for Huawei products across nine provinces and one municipality in western China. In March 2023, the company announced plans to develop a 1,000-mu Western Science and Technology City in Deyang, Sichuan Province. Of the 452 mu of industrial land already contracted, construction is underway, with plans to attract supporting industries such as structural components and packaging materials, thereby achieving vertical integration across the server and storage sectors. It has acquired eight high-speed Panasonic NPM multi‑function assembly lines and two dual‑track Fuji NXT modular high‑speed pick-and-place lines, along with a comprehensive suite of automated inspection and production support equipment. These resources enable the facility to meet diverse production requirements for circuit control boards, primarily manufacturing motherboards for gaming consoles and game controller motherboards. The project has established a strategic partnership with Goertek, utilizing Goertek’s No. 4 and No. 5 three‑story workshops. Mass production commenced in March 2023, and over 10 million units have already rolled off the line, jointly creating a zero‑inventory production base for next‑generation consumer electronics. For many consecutive years, the company has been recognized by its customers with awards such as “Best Outstanding Supplier” and “Strategic Partner.”
